  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding and event seasons. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are only secured once a deposit is received.

  • At this time, we offer a curated collection of floral backdrops. Custom requests may be considered on a limited basis depending on availability and scope.

  • No. For safety and to protect the integrity of the installation, backdrops may not be moved, adjusted, or handled by guests once installed.

  • Outdoor installations are subject to weather, surface conditions, and venue approval. We reserve the right to decline or remove installations if conditions pose a safety risk. No refunds are issued for weather-related removals.

  • Delivery is included in your rental fee for events within 30 miles of Gresham, OR (97080).

    Events outside the 30-mile service area may require an additional travel or setup fee — please contact us for details.

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event, with full payment required at booking for last-minute reservations.

  • Clients are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.

  • No. Backdrops must be placed in a smoke-free environment. Smoking, vaping, cigars, hookah, or marijuana use is not permitted near the rental items. Smoke exposure resulting in odor or damage may result in cleaning or replacement fees.

  • Cancellations result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Additional details are outlined in the rental agreement provided at booking.
