Pricing

One-Day Event Rental

Our flower wall backdrops are rented as a one-day event rental, designed to keep pricing simple and your event stress-free.

$300

What’s included:

  • One event on a single calendar day

  • Use of one 8×8 premium floral backdrop

  • Professional delivery, setup, and pickup

  • Setup completed prior to your event start time

  • Pickup following the event or at a scheduled time prior to 9:00 PM

Rental pricing is not hourly and is not based on event duration.

Delivery & Travel

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 30 miles of Gresham, Oregon (97080).

Our service area includes the greater Portland Metropolitan: Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview, Wood Village, Boring, Sandy, Damascus, Corbett, Happy Valley, Clackamas, Milwaukie, Oregon City, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Aloha, and Wilsonville.

For locations beyond 30 miles, additional travel or setup fees may apply. Please inquire for a custom quote.

Add-Ons

  • Neon Signage – $25 (Options: Better Together, Happy Birthday, Oh Baby)

Add-ons must be selected in advance and are subject to availability.

Neon Signage Use & Power Requirements

  • Client is responsible for providing a working power outlet within reasonable proximity of the installation area

  • Extension cords and power sources must be venue-approved and safely accessible

  • Neon signage placement is determined by the vendor to ensure safety and backdrop integrity

  • Neon signage may not be repositioned, handled, or adjusted by guests

If suitable power access is not available at the venue, neon signage may not be installed and the add-on fee will still apply.

Overnight Rental Fee

If the backdrop is not accessible for pickup by 9:00 PM, an overnight rental fee of $125 will apply, and pickup will occur the following day.

Overnight rentals require:

  • Prior approval

  • A secure, indoor location

Venue Access

Client is responsible for ensuring timely venue access for both setup and pickup at the scheduled times. Delays in access may result in additional fees.

Backdrop Care & Use

  • Backdrops are rented for event use only and are not for sale

  • Rental items may not be moved or adjusted by guests

  • Nothing may be affixed, attached, pinned, taped, or adhered to the backdrop

  • Smoking, candles, open flames, or excessive moisture near the backdrop are not permitted

  • Client assumes responsibility for the backdrop during the rental period

Outdoor Installations

Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions, venue restrictions, and safety considerations. If conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for installation, the rental may be canceled or modified at our discretion.

Payments are non-refundable; however, a credit toward a future event may be offered when feasible. Any approved credit must be used within 12 months of the original event date.

Deposit, Payment & Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, the reservation may be automatically canceled without further notice, and the deposit will be forfeited. Availability is not guaranteed once a reservation is canceled.
